With retail environments continually changing, the client required an innovative approach to facilities operations in order to control costs, maintain brand identity, and secure tenant retention.

This large real estate investment trust selected us to service their portfolio of shopping centers because of our ability to self-perform integrated facilities management on a national level. Applying the expertise of EMCOR Facilities Services' state-of-the-art Customer Solutions Center, we provided their dispersed facilities a centralized call center and a robust computer maintenance management system (CMMS). This platform allowed for the most cost-effective preventive maintenance and staffing solutions available.
