CLIENT OBJECTIVES

A large real estate investment client was seeking a partner that could provide the necessary facilities management and maintenance solutions for various properties in Louisville, KY. The client was seeking a solution that would encompass the preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and management of the all the facilities management responsibilities. The client’s priority was for its facilities to operate at peak performance while mitigating any risk associated with maintaining their facilities.
