Terry aligns client needs and requirements with the innovative solutions that EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) provides and helps clients across all organizational areas and geographies increase their growth and profitability.


Prior to joining EFS, Terry spent 33 years with Carrier Corporation. Starting as a sales trainee, he worked his way up through the ranks, serving in such positions as: district sales manager, regional sales manager, vice president of building system and services, and vice president of national and strategic accounts.

In his final role, he led Carrier’s development and implementation of long-term partnerships initiatives. His extensive expertise encompasses heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning sales, system design, service operations, and general management.

Terry is a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America, serving as past chairman of the manufacturer/supplier council. He is a former member of the MCF (Mechanical Contracting Foundation) board of trustees and served on the Dean’s Executive Council at Purdue University’s School of Construction Technology.

His other memberships include the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc., the Mechanical Electrical Academic Consortium, Professional Retail Store Maintenance, Store Planning Engineers and Construction Services, and others. Terry holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, his two children Lauren and Michael, and his granddaughter, Olivia.
