Sean is responsible for driving continuous improvement and seamless service delivery for new account transitions and customer ‘on-boarding.’

With his team of more than 20 project managers, Sean has led the design and implementation of various internal and external processes that have streamlined operations internally, reduced costs, and improved service delivery for clients and supplier partners.

Expertise

Sean’s career with EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) began in 2007, when he joined USM, an EMCOR Company, as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2012, he was appointed to Vice President of Program Management and served in multiple operational leadership roles within EFS’s supplier managed services division prior to transitioning to his current role in 2016.

Before joining USM, Sean worked in various financial planning, analysis, and operational roles for leading organizations, including: ICG Commerce, Enerwise Global Technologies, Legg Mason Wood Walker, and Sunoco. Over his career, Sean has offered innovative solutions in change management, new process development, continuous quality improvement, and process management for a wide variety of customers, and for the EFS business overall.

Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and his Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. He has also completed leadership development programs with Babson College and the Thayer Leader Development Group (TLDG) at West Point.

The Personal Side

Sean enjoys spending leisure time with his wife and two kids. He enjoys various sports including basketball and will never miss a University of Michigan football or basketball game.
