Paul oversees the daily operations of a large portion of EMCOR Facilities Services’ (EFS) commercial site-based business to ensure best practices, innovation, and resource optimization while focusing on delivering optimum service levels to his customers.
Paul and his team have delivered customer retention rates in excess of 98 percent while maintaining a 93-percent customer satisfaction level for over a decade.

With more than two decades of experience in construction, energy, and integrated facilities management, Paul is a seasoned industry veteran. He has a proven track record of strategic leadership, having implemented integrated facilities maintenance solutions for multiple Fortune 500 organizations.
Paul has extensive knowledge and experience managing facilities clients in the following industries: life sciences, corporate office space, manufacturing, and food services. He’s worked with world-class companies, including AstraZeneca, Clopay, Ethicon, International Paper, LaRosa’s, and Procter & Gamble Co., to name just a few.
Paul completed the University of Cincinnati Executive Program (UCEP) at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business.
The Personal Side
Paul and his wife have been married for 23 years and have one child. Paul is a family man and enjoys sports, weekend home projects, and playing golf. He greatly values his family, employees, customers, and community.
