Frank oversees the daily operations of the commercial site-based business to ensure best practices, innovation, and resource optimization.

Frank leverages his extensive expertise to provide integrated facilities solutions to EFS’s world-class customers, such as Fifth Third Bank, US Bank, Learning Care Group, and Procter & Gamble Co., to name just a few. He and his team have delivered customer retention rates in excess of 98 percent, while maintaining a 93 percent customer satisfaction level for over a decade.

Frank also champions efforts in minority supplier development by mentoring disadvantaged contractors, helping provide them with the necessary tools and processes to serve sophisticated clients.


With over three decades of experience in construction, energy, and integrated facilities management, Frank is a seasoned industry veteran. His focus lies in enhancing the customer’s experience through productivity initiatives, innovation, service delivery, and fiscal accountability.

Frank embraced the concept of creating a one-of-a-kind flexible workforce model for the Procter & Gamble Co. account, which was the prototype for a platform that, as of today, provides a national footprint for mobile facility maintenance services and supports over 9,000 financial, retail, and child care locations.

Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati College of Applied Science. He also completed the University of Cincinnati Executive Program (UCEP), as well as leadership development programs with Babson College and the Thayer Leader Development Group (TLDG) at West Point.

The Personal Side

Frank has been married for nearly 20 years. As the proud father of five children, Frank spends most of his free time attending his kids' sporting events, though he does find time to golf when he can. He greatly values his faith, family, employees, customers, and community.
